🤣 Really enjoyed that as an ex-captain of a school girls' soccer team. I recognise all the players in more ways the one.

Too bad we can't cut Danielle from the team though. She's not a team player. Maybe she is but she's definitely playing for the other side.

A stereotype along with them all being used car salesmen, but there have NEVER been clearer differences, so although a binary choice really should simplify things, the actual challenge is to somehow infiltrate everyone's "feeds" in their hot little hands with that truth. Because that cohort is inexplicably still liking Boilievre for some reason or other, like his new "look" or is it the fact that he's closer in age to them?

However, the conservatives are simply the bad guys, as currently seen dismantling the U.S., and are the side that insanely does NOT accept science anymore (it slid off the screen along with the truth), even the science of climate change, especially the science of climate change.

So since younger generations will be the ones stuck with the crumbling world, voting for the deniers (and liars) makes zero sense.

Yeah, Danielle is definitely not a team player and needs to be cut. The rest of them aren’t exactly operating as a team either, and they need to be reiined in by the coach.

Can any provincial politicans ever grow up and see the bigger picture, at least of Canada. I can't imagine any of them thinking international or'god forbid, geopolitical!

Agreed. Eby and Houston are fast tracking energy and mines, using tariffs as the excuse to over ride climate and consultation protocols.

Smith is doubling oil production. Though she is NOT industry just a fan and enabler.

Moe is backtracking on Team Canada and holding hands with Smith.

Wab is smiling a lot and not doing much besides yanking booze off the shelves.

Dougie is charging full speed ahead.

Legault got a tan and dyed his hair when he realised the LPC is on the rise in Quebec.

Premiers in the Maritimes are either quitting or not saying much.

Wtf Canada.

This isn't a team. It's not even a collection of smart individuals

Carney ran on a platform of one economy not 13. Good. Rein these egomaniacs in. Please!

Totally agree. Somewhere along the time-line, the toddlers joined the team and were tasked with contributing tho team success. But no ... they only know how to kick sand at the team and admire their own image - and trip each other. I've not ever encountered political children before. Unfortunately this behaviour extends to the national CPC as well. Perhaps that's where their playbook was drawn??

Perfect description! Love this! I say this as the long ago former manager of a girl’s ringette team, and recognize the personalities - even Danielle, who thinks she’d rather play for the other team.

Pretty accurate. Also, I legitimately LOLed at the intro where you said you reviewed federalism and game theory and it wasn't helpful.

Clever. I love the humour. And I think you've described the non-team players rather well.

Funny, funny take on Canadian politics but somehow Lil PP pouting behind the safety net because he wasn't invited should be in the story. In a future story it would be super funny to mention Lil Wab signing and executive order saying Big, fat Donnie is never allowed to play in Canada ever.
