Help Wanted
With the daily bombshells landing, it’s going to be tricky to find someone willing to take the job of AHS CEO. To help the headhunter who gets the contract to assist with this search, I’ve taken the liberty of writing a first draft.
The newly-appointed Board of Directors of Alberta Health Services is seeking a credible and highly-experienced individual to take on the role of President and Chief Executive Officer. AHS is responsible for the delivery of acute health care in the province of Alberta and plays an important role in diffusing responsibility for the policy choices made by the Government of Alberta.
The successful applicant will have extensive experience with change management, equipping them to lead an organization with frequently-shifting oversight, mandate, and responsibilities.
Political acumen will be an important competency for the new CEO, who will report to the Board of Directors but take direction from the Deputy Minister and Minister of Health, as well as from the Premier’s Chief of Staff.
With years of senior management experience, the new CEO will be deeply committed to reducing costs and delivering publicly funded health care, and also to negotiating generous contracts for select private-sector partners. Their management style will embody a strategic combination of rigorous attention to detail and ability to look the other way as required.

Must be an openly ucp whack job who hates doctors, health care workers and a certain EMS worker named Nate Pike.
Willing to negotiate secret deals with multimillionaires and loot the public purse for the private sector.Actually to just give it to the same guy, Sam Mraiche, over and over. If you get sick, no vaccines allowed on the job. Invermectin only.
Almost perfect! Suggest adding that successful candidate will be supplied with a suit of armour to assist him/her survive when they are thrown under the bus.
